Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our products here at Little Sunshine Co. We do not typically accept returns. It is the buyers responsibility to make the proper choices in regards to sizing & styles. 

Customers are asked to inspect their items upon delivery in regards to defects or incorrect items. 

In the case of a return/exchange items must be returned back to Little Sunshine Co, in original packing (with tags attached) in new, unwashed condition. We can not accept items that have been washed,used, have odor or contain pet hair. If items are returned not in original condition the customer will receive a 50% refund excluding shipping and other fees. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Defective Items :


Will be handled case by case, if you feel you’ve received a defective item please contact via email, through the email contact on this page OR reach out via Facebook. 

Incorrect Items : 


Errors occasionally happen, we are all human! Please reach out if you accidentally receive the wrong print/size/item. You will either be provided a return label for an exchange, and or offered to purchase the item at discount and have the original item sent. 

Postal Issues: 


In regards to delayed,lost or damaged packages through the postal service you will need to file a claim with them.


International customs tax : 


It is the purchasers responsibility to cover any customs taxes or duties upon delivery and import. Little Sunshine Co is not responsible for these fees.
